Elevate Plan Choice was founded in Laredo, Texas by Jesus Diego Jr. and Maria Diego with a clear mission: to help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. While proudly rooted in Laredo, we serve clients across the entire state of Texas.
With more than 10 years of industry experience, we operate as an independent brokerage — providing access to multiple trusted carriers and solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Our services include Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement plans, under-65 health insurance, life insurance, auto and home coverage, and income tax services.

Outside of the office, Jesus enjoys staying active and competitive through tennis and golf. He values time with his family above all, especially supporting his children in their sports and activities. Deeply rooted in his community, Jesus is passionate about helping others succeed — whether that means guiding a family through their insurance options, mentoring new agents, or supporting local initiatives. His commitment to service doesn’t stop at business; it’s simply who he is.
Outside of the office, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and supporting them in their daily activities. She is passionate about staying active and regularly trains for triathlons, dedicating time to swimming, cycling, and running. When opportunities arise, Maria also enjoys giving swim lessons. Maria is deeply committed to helping others and brings that same dedication to the clients and families she serves. Her discipline, compassion, and strong sense of community reflect the values that guide her both personally and professionally at Elevate Plan Choice.
